Let’s Work Together

Each year, the Classrooms to Communities (C2C) Education Network hosts a professional development gathering to grow place and land-based learning across the province. This year, we’re excited to convene the C2C 2026 in-person conference in Lheidli T’enneh Keyoh (Prince George) bringing together inspiring educators, community leaders, and changemakers to collaborate and share in a truly special 2-day provincial conference. Together in October, we’ll explore powerful practices, grow relationships, and continue the vital work of connecting classrooms and communities.

We are now inviting organizations who have demonstrated leadership and commitment in connecting classrooms and communities to join the sponsorship circle for our C2C 2026 Provincial Professional Development Conference. Our 2018-2025 conferences have been wonderfully successful events and there is similar excitement building for this fall’s event. Supporting the conference, at whatever level you are able, will position your organization as a part of the Classrooms to Communities movement rippling across our province.

The C2C Education Network is a made-in-BC collaborative of partners committed to providing place and land-based educational leadership and support to B.C. teachers and school districts through a suite of strategies, events and activities across the province. C2C envisions a province where all students and teachers are deeply connected to place, land, community and planet, are able to effectively communicate their stories of connectedness, and are taking responsibility to do so.
