Each year, the Classrooms to Communities (C2C) Education Network hosts a professional development gathering to grow place and land-based learning across the province. This year, we’re excited to convene the C2C 2026 in-person conference in Lheidli T’enneh Keyoh (Prince George)!
C2C 2026 will bring together inspiring educators, community leaders, and changemakers to collaborate and share in a truly special 2-day provincial conference. Together in October, we’ll explore powerful practices, grow relationships, and continue the vital work of connecting classrooms to communities.
About the Conference
Classrooms to Communities: Stories from the Confluence
At C2C 2026, we will share and celebrate stories that emerge from the confluence of educators, youth, and Elders from this ancestral territory, where land and learning have shaped stories over time. Join us to explore the many currents of learning and find inspiration and follow the flow back to the places where you live, learn and work.
We are also honouring and respecting the land where two powerful rivers meet, Lhtakoh and Nee Incha Koh, and embracing this setting as a perfect place to experience learning in the region.
If you’re curious or passionate about place and land-based education, this is the event for you. Educators from across Turtle Island are warmly invited to attend.
