2025 C2C Virtual Provincial Conference Recap
Thank you so much for joining us at the C2C 2025 Virtual Conference on October 24th. We were honoured to bring together educators, community partners and thought-leaders from all across Turtle Island to explore this year’s theme: “Weaving Relationships, Growing Networks.”
This dynamic virtual gathering featured inspiring speakers, interactive panel presentations, and meaningful conversations rooted in place- and land-based education. Wherever participants taught and learned, C2C 2025 provided space to reflect, collaborate, and strengthen networks that supported vibrant and responsive education in schools and communities.
We’re grateful for the perspectives you shared, the questions you asked, and the commitment you brought to deepening connection in your classroom, school or community. We hope you enjoyed the event and that your takeaways will fill your learning spaces with inspiration and motivation to take your students outside to learn from place and with the land.
Thank you again for being part of this journey with us. We look forward to continuing the work together, and hope to connect with you in future field experiences and gatherings.
